
RAVIOLI CAPRESE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Four Cheese Ravioli (9 oz.)
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Pesto with Basil (7 oz.)
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh lemon peel
- 3 cups multi-colored cherry tomato halves
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
- fresh basil leaves
DIRECTIONS
PREPARE pasta according to package directions; drain and place in large bowl. Add pesto and lemon peel; toss to coat.
ADD tomatoes and cheese; toss gently. Season with pepper. Garnish with basil.
Cooks Tip: Serving a crowd? Use a full 7-ounce container of pesto, double the lemon peel, tomatoes and cheese and use 1 package (20 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated Four Cheese Ravioli.
