GOLDEN MILK OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup (or more to taste)
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) boiling water
  • 1 cup SilkĀ® Dairy-Free Heavy Oatmilk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • 1 cup SilkĀ® Vanilla Almond Dairy-Free Oatmilkgurt
  • Fresh berries

DIRECTIONS

Prepare the golden milk by mixing spices, boiling water and maple syrup in a small bowl. Whisk in Silk Oatmilk

Combine rolled oats, chia seeds and hemp hearts in a jar and pour golden milk over oats. Let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.

In the morning, garnish with Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative and fresh berries. Enjoy!
