
RITZ SNOWFLAKE MINT THINS



INGREDIENTS
- 2 packages (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate , melted
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 72 RITZ Snowflake Crackers
- 1 candy cane (6 inch), crushed
DIRECTIONS
.COVER baking sheet with parchment. Mix melted chocolate and extract in medium bowl until blended.
.DIP crackers, 1 at a time, halfway into chocolate mixture; carefully shake off excess chocolate. Place crackers in single layer on prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with crushed candy.
.REFRIGERATE 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
