
TACO SKILLET DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 large white onion , chopped
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes , chopped
- 1 can black beans
- 1/4 cup yellow corn
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro ,chopped
- Dean’s Guacamole Dip
- Dean’s Ranch Dip
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, add taco seasoning to ground beef and cook until brown, approximately 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat and combine with white onions, cheese, tomatoes, black beans and corn. Top with extra cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with Dean?s Ranch and Guacamole Dip, then sprinkle with green onions and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
