SHREDDED CHICKEN TACOS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts halved
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 jar Pace Chunky salsa or Pace Original Picante Sauce Medium
  • 12 small flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

DIRECTIONS

Season the chicken with the cumin and chili powder. Place the chicken into a 6 quart slow cooker. Pour salsa over the chicken.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or until the chicken is fork tender. Remove the chicken to a work surface. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken. Serve the chicken in the tortillas.

Recipe Tips: Top with your favorite taco toppings like shredded lettuce, sour cream and additional salsa. Try a squeeze of fresh lime juice, too!
