
CHICKEN BRUSCHETTA PIZZA



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 medium tomato seeded, coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 small prebaked mini pizza crusts, 8-inch
- 2 tablespoon Land O Lakes butter melted
- 1 cup coarsely chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup Land O Lakes shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Culinary Circle Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 450 degrees F
Combine green onions, tomatoes, garlic and salt in bowl; set aside.
Place pizza crusts onto large ungreased baking sheet. Brush each crust top with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake 3 minutes; remove from oven. Divide chicken and mozzarella cheese evenly among crusts. Top each with half of tomato mixture. Bake 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil. Cut into wedges.
