TURKEY AND CHEDDAR FOCACCIA PANINI

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 4 x 6-inches oz herb or cheese focaccia breads
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 lbs smoked turkey breast slices
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 slice Crystal Farms Wisconsin extra sharp cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

Heat Panini grill on counter top grill on medium heat. Cut focaccia bread into two pieces; split each piece in half. Stir together Ranch dressing and mustard in small bowl. Spread mixture onto cut sides of each piece of focaccia.

Divide turkey, tomato, onion and Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar cheese slides on bottom half of each sandwich. Top with top slice of focaccia.

Grill sandwiches 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is toasted.
