
CHEDDAR PIMIENTO CHEESE BALL



INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounce cream cheese , softened
- 1-3/4 cups Sargento Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 drop hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoon chopped pimiento
- 1 tablespoon green bell pepper minced
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and milk. Mix well with sturdy spoon. Stir in flavorings and seasonings. Gently stir pimientos and green peppers into cheese mixture.
Used a mashed potato-sized scoop to help shape the cheese mixture into a ball on serving platter. (If too soft, mixture can be refrigerated overnight.)
