1 package Essential Everyday Chocolate Sandwich Thins
1 3.9 ounce package Essential Everyday instant chocolate pudding & pie filling prepared per box instructions
8 ounces Essential Everyday frozen original whipped topping
green food coloring

In a large bowl, fold 3-4 drops of green food coloring into the whipped topping, or until desired color. Set aside.

Place sandwich cookies into a zip top bag. Using a wooden spoon or rolling pin, smash cookies until you have cookie crumbs.

Place 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs in the bottom of each cup. Pour 1/2 cup of pudding on top of the cookie crumbs.

Pipe or spoon green whipped topping on top of the pudding. Top with 2-3 animal cookies.
