
SLOW COOKER APPLE CINNAMON STEEL-CUT OATMEAL



INGREDIENTS
- Wild Harvest organic canola oil spray
- 2 Wild Harvest organic Honeycrisp apples peeled, cored and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups organic 1% low fat milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- organic California raisins
- 2 tablespoons organic light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons organic unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon organic ground Saigon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Wild Harvest ground flax seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Wild Harvest organic walnut pieces
- organic 100% pure maple syrup
- 1 cup organic steel cut oats
DIRECTIONS
Coat the inside of a slow cooker with canola oil spray. Add all ingredients except for the toppings.
Stir, cover and cook on low for approximately 7 hours.
Spoon oatmeal into bowls and top with raisins, maple syrup, and walnuts.
