TACO BELL SHEET PAN QUESADILLA WITH SPICY RANCHERO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 8-inch flour tortillas divided
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 package Taco Bell Shredded Zesty Ranch Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Taco Bell Bold and creamy spicy ranchero sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos pickled

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place 6 tortillas around sides of 15x10 inch pan, with edges of tortillas overlapping as necessary and outer half of each tortilla extending over the side of the pan. Cover opening in center of the pan with one of the remaining tortillas.

Spoon chicken over tortillas in center of the pan, top with Taco Bell Shredded Zesty Ranch Cheese. Place remaining tortilla over ingredients in center of pan, then fold extended edges of bottom layer of tortillas over remaining filling to completely cover filling. Place baking sheet over quesadilla, pressing baking sheet gently into quesadilla to flatten slightly.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.

Remove baking sheet. Drizzle quesadilla with Taco Bell Bold and Creamy Spicy Ranchero Sauce, top with jalapeno slices.
