BANANA WALNUT OATMEAL

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small ripe organic banana that is at least slightly soft to the touch
  • 1/2 cup Organic Valley Grassmilk
  • 1 packet Nature’s Path organic original instant oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup Flanigan Farms walnut halves and pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutiva organic chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Green Valley Organics lactose free plain kefir

DIRECTIONS

Mash half of the banana in a microwave safe bowl and stir in the milk.� Heat for 30 seconds on high heat in the microwave.� Stir in the oatmeal and walnuts.� Microwave for 30 more seconds.� Stir in cinnamon, chia seeds, and kefir. Dice remaining banana and stir into oatmeal.� Divide between two bowls and serve.�
