
BANANA WALNUT OATMEAL

INGREDIENTS
- 1 small ripe organic banana that is at least slightly soft to the touch
- 1/2 cup Organic Valley Grassmilk
- 1 packet Nature’s Path organic original instant oatmeal
- 1/4 cup Flanigan Farms walnut halves and pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutiva organic chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Green Valley Organics lactose free plain kefir
DIRECTIONS
Mash half of the banana in a microwave safe bowl and stir in the milk.� Heat for 30 seconds on high heat in the microwave.� Stir in the oatmeal and walnuts.� Microwave for 30 more seconds.� Stir in cinnamon, chia seeds, and kefir. Dice remaining banana and stir into oatmeal.� Divide between two bowls and serve.�
