1oz Dark Rum
1oz Malibu Rum
1/2 oz Tia Maria Dark Liquor
4oz Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tbsp 151 proof rum
Pineapple Wedge
Maraschino Cherry
Procedure
Combine all liquid ingredients except the 151 with ice in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously Strain mixture into chilled cocktail glass and float 151 on top of the drink Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry and serve
