SIMPLE SAUTEED CAULIFLOWER


Serves : 3

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 16 ounce bag Springfield frozen cauliflower defrosted or 3 cups fresh steamed cauliflower
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Heat olive oil and garlic over medium heat in a 12 inch frying pan. Cook 1 minute. Add cauliflower and cook until the edges start to brown, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
