SNAP PEA AND CABBAGE SALAD


Serves : 4

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bag Manns stringless sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 head red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Flanigan Farms cashews toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Chavrie goat cheese crumbled

DIRECTIONS

In a small cup or bowl combine the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

In a salad bowl, combine snap peas, cabbage, cashews and goat cheese. Toss dressing with salad and serve.
