
SNAP PEA AND CABBAGE SALAD

INGREDIENTS
- 5 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag Manns stringless sugar snap peas
- 1/4 head red cabbage thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons Flanigan Farms cashews toasted
- 2 tablespoons Chavrie goat cheese crumbled
DIRECTIONS
In a small cup or bowl combine the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a salad bowl, combine snap peas, cabbage, cashews and goat cheese. Toss dressing with salad and serve.
