SPICED BUTTERNUT SQUASH


Serves : 4

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 8 ounce bags Veg land organic butternut squash pieces cut into uniform 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon McCormick organic cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Spice Hunter organic ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon McCormick ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick organic black pepper
  • 1 large clove Melissas organic garlic crushed

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit.

Toss all ingredients together in a roasting pan and arrange in a single layer. Cook 30 to 40 minutes, until squash is tender and beginning to brown on the edges, tossing occasionally.
