
SPICED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

INGREDIENTS
- 2 8 ounce bags Veg land organic butternut squash pieces cut into uniform 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick organic cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Spice Hunter organic ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick organic black pepper
- 1 large clove Melissas organic garlic crushed
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit.
Toss all ingredients together in a roasting pan and arrange in a single layer. Cook 30 to 40 minutes, until squash is tender and beginning to brown on the edges, tossing occasionally.
