SALSA IN A SNAP

INGREDIENTS
  • 14 1/2 oz can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
  • 8 oz can no salt added tomato sauce
  • 7 oz can diced Ortega green chilies
  • 1 diced Ortega jalapeno peppers
  • 3 green onions chopped including green part
  • Fresh cilantro stemmed and chopped
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • water

DIRECTIONS

Chop stewed tomatoes, reserving juices.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add water to desired consistency.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
