
SALSA IN A SNAP

INGREDIENTS
- 14 1/2 oz can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz can no salt added tomato sauce
- 7 oz can diced Ortega green chilies
- 1 diced Ortega jalapeno peppers
- 3 green onions chopped including green part
- Fresh cilantro stemmed and chopped
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- water
DIRECTIONS
Chop stewed tomatoes, reserving juices.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add water to desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
