TOMATO TOMATILLO SALSA

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cluster tomatoes diced
  • 6 tomatillos husked washed stemmed
  • and diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 red jalapeo pepper seeded and diced
  • 1 green jalapeo pepper seeded and diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix well, cover, and chill. Serve warm or cold over broiled salmon, tuna, swordfish, chicken breast, or as a topping for Tortilla Soup.
