BREAKFAST TRIFLE


Serves : 6

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups bran muffins coarsely crumbled
  • 4 cups fresh seasonal fruit cut into chunks
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt of plain yogurt if you prefer a less sweet flavor

DIRECTIONS

Spread half the muffin crumbs in the bottom of a large Tupperware or other airtight container. Pour on the fresh fruit. Cover with remaining muffin crumbs. Spoon on the yogurt.

Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or overnight.
