SESAME GINGER MARINADE


Serves : 1

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 tbsp Oriental dark roastd sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until completely mixed.

Remove 1/4 cup of the marinade and refrigerate.

Place meat in a plastic bag and add the marinade.

Close the bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator 6 to 8 hours, turning occasionally.

When ready to grill, place the meat on the grill over hot coals.

Grill 12 to 15 minutes, or until meat is cooked to your liking, turning once or twice and brush with remaining marinade.
