TUNA SALAD WRAP WITH FLATOUT BREAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 6 inch Flatout white flatbreads Light, Original
  • 3 ounces white tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery chopped
  • 2-3 curly green leaf lettuce
  • salt & black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, red pepper, dill, and celery, and season with salt and pepper.

To assemble the flatbread wrap, spread the tuna salad onto the wrap, cover with lettuce leaves, and roll up, beginning at rounded end. Cut in half.
