
CHICKEN AND VEGGIE SIZZLING FAJITAS WITH FLATOUT BREAD

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons fajita or taco seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons pure canola oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into strips
- 6 6 inch Flatout Light white flatbreads Original
- 1/2 cup Weight Watchers shredded Mexican blend cheese reduced fat
- 1 diced jalapeƱo peppers
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
DIRECTIONS
Mix seasoning, oil, lime juice, and chicken in a medium bowl; refrigerate one hour or more to marinate.
Heat a nonstick skillet on medium to high heat, then saute marinate chicken with onions with peppers; stir to cook chicken and veggies thoroughly. Cover and keep warm.
Build fajitas by adding toppings to flatbreads: serve immediately.
