CHICKEN AND VEGGIE SIZZLING FAJITAS WITH FLATOUT BREAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons fajita or taco seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons pure canola oil
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into strips
  • 6 6 inch Flatout Light white flatbreads Original
  • 1/2 cup Weight Watchers shredded Mexican blend cheese reduced fat
  • 1 diced jalapeƱo peppers
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream

DIRECTIONS

Mix seasoning, oil, lime juice, and chicken in a medium bowl; refrigerate one hour or more to marinate.

Heat a nonstick skillet on medium to high heat, then saute marinate chicken with onions with peppers; stir to cook chicken and veggies thoroughly. Cover and keep warm.

Build fajitas by adding toppings to flatbreads: serve immediately.
