ZESTY SAUSAGE DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound Odom's Tennessee Pride® Mild Country Sausage, thawed if frozen
  • 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 pkg (8 oz each) Philadelphia® Original Cream Cheese, cut into pieces
  • Tortilla chips, optional
DIRECTIONS

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 7 minutes or until crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain.

Add undrained tomatoes and cream cheese; stir until cream cheese melts.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, if desired.
