
TROPICAL AMBROSIA SALAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 cups Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping
- 1 pudding cup (4 oz each) refrigerated Swiss Miss® Creamy Vanilla Pudding
- 1 can (8 oz each) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut, optional
DIRECTIONS
Combine Reddi-wip and pudding in medium bowl until blended.
Add pineapple, banana, mango and strawberries; mix lightly. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of coconut, if desired.
