
TOMATO-PARMESAN 'SPOONFULS'



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 2 tablespoons Culinary Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons crumbled Parmesan cheese
- Chopped chives, optional
- Toasted baguette bread slices, optional
DIRECTIONS
Place drained tomatoes, oil, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper in bowl. Stir to combine.
To serve, top tomato mixture with crumbled cheese and chives, if desired. Tomato mixture also may be served on toasted bread slices, if desired.
