
TOMATO-BASIL VINAIGRETTE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in container of food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
