
TILAPIA CEVICHE (CEVICHE DE TILAPIA)



INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 pound fresh tilapia fillets, chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine tilapia and lime juice in shallow dish or resealable food storage bag. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Gently stir fish and juice with vegetables. Serve immediately.
