
TABBOULEH SALAD



INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup plain couscous, uncooked
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 1 medium = 1 cup medium cucumber, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Cook couscous according to package directions; cool. Combine couscous and all remaining ingredients in large bowl; stir to combine.
