
SWISS ASPARAGUS OMELET



INGREDIENTS
- PAMĀ® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3/4 cup Egg BeatersĀ® 100% Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 5 small fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cooked
- 1 slice (1 oz each) reduced fat Swiss cheese, cut in half diagonally
DIRECTIONS
Spray small nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
Add Egg Beaters and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until Egg Beaters begin to set. Gently lift edges and tilt skillet to allow uncooked Egg Beaters to flow underneath. Repeat twice, cooking 2 to 3 minutes more or until Egg Beaters are set.
Sprinkle inside of omelet with pepper; top half of omelet with asparagus and Swiss cheese. Fold remaining half of omelet over filling. Serve immediately.
