
SUMMER TOMATO VEGETABLE SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic, undrained
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce-No Salt Added
- 1 1 cup = 1 med cup diced zucchini
- 1 1 cup = 1 med cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve chilled.
