STIR-FRY ASPARAGUS WITH PEANUTS

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 3/4 about 2-1/2 cups pound fresh asparagus, cut in 2-inch lengths
  • 2 teaspoons La Choy® Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add asparagus; cook and stir 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove skillet from heat. Add soy sauce; stir to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts.
