
SOUTH-OF-THE-BORDER MAC 'N CHEESE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg (7.25 oz each) macaroni and cheese dinner
- 1 90% lean pound ground sirloin beef
- 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*TelĀ® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
DIRECTIONS
Prepare macaroni and cheese in large saucepan according to package directions, except omit milk.
Meanwhile, cook and stir beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbled and no longer pink; drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add beef mixture to prepared macaroni and cheese; stir to combine.
