SEASONED GRILLED POTATO WEDGES

INGREDIENTS
  • PAM® Grilling Spray
  • 4 4 large = about 3 lb large baking potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat.

Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; brush with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.

Grill 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned, turning occasionally.
