
SEAFOOD VERACRUZ



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup chunky tomato pico de gallo or salsa
- 1 pound fresh cod or whitefish fillets
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine tomato sauce and pico de gallo in small bowl.
Divide fish fillets on 4 individual sheets of foil; top with tomato mixture. Seal foil to form packets.
Bake on cookie sheet 20 minutes.
