
SAUSAGE MAC AND CHEESE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg (14.5 oz each) macaroni and cheese dinner
- 1/2 1/2 cup = 1 stick cup unsalted margarine
- 1/2 2% cup reduced fat
- 1 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
- 3 cans (4.6 oz each) Libby's® Vienna Sausages, drained, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 can (15 oz each) Rosarita® Premium Whole Black Beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner according to package directions, using the margarine and milk; set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausages and bell pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until sausage is browned and pepper is tender.
Add beans, cumin and black pepper; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir prepared macaroni and cheese into mixture. Heat until hot.
