
REFRIED BEAN DIP WITH AVOCADO



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (16 oz each) Rosarita® Traditional Refried Beans
- 1/2 green salsa cup salsa verde
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 large avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
- Tortilla chips, optional
DIRECTIONS
Place beans and salsa in microwave-safe bowl; cover. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, stirring halfway through and at end.
Spread bean mixture in 9-inch glass pie plate or other shallow dish. Sprinkle with cheese and top with avocado. Serve warm with tortilla chips, if desired.
