
CHOCOLATE BANANA SPLIT



INGREDIENTS
- PAM® Grilling Spray
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced lengthwise in skin
- 4 slices pound cake, each about 1-inch thick
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- Reddi-wip® Chocolate Dairy Whipped Topping
- Ice cream, optional
DIRECTIONS
Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with PAM for Grilling Spray. Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill banana halves, cut side down, until browned, about 4 minutes. Cool; remove from skin. Cut each half in half again crosswise.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup over each of 4 individual serving plates. Top with slice of pound cake and 2 slices banana. Garnish with Reddi-wip.
