
CHIPOTLE CHICKEN AND NOODLES



INGREDIENTS
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (28 oz each) Hunt's® Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 3-1/2 cups water
- 6 ounces dry egg noodles, uncooked
DIRECTIONS
Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine chicken, tomatoes, chipotle peppers and water in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours), stirring in noodles for the last 30 minutes of the cooking time.
Stir before serving.
