CHICKEN PESTO SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Lettuce leaves, optional
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated basil pesto

DIRECTIONS

Combine drained tomatoes, chicken, eggs, celery, onion, salt and pepper in medium bowl.

Spoon evenly onto 4 lettuce-covered salad plates, if desired.

Top evenly with pesto.
