
CHEESY CHICKEN PARMESAN OVER PASTA



INGREDIENTS
- 4 frozen Banquet® Chicken Breast Patties
- 8 ounces dry rotini pasta, uncooked
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, drained, divided
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, optional
DIRECTIONS
Bake chicken patties according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan according to package directions.
Top each patty with 1/3 cup drained tomatoes and 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until hot and cheese melts.
Drain pasta; return to saucepan. Add remaining tomatoes; toss to combine. Place pasta mixture on large platter; top with chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
