
CHEDDAR HERB BISCUITS



INGREDIENTS
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 cups Ultragrain® All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 1/2 cup = 1 stick cup Parkay® Original-stick
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 2% cup reduced fat
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking powder, seasoning, garlic powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in Parkay with a pastry blender or two knives, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cheese.
Gradually add milk to flour mixture; stirring just until combined. Do not overmix. Drop dough by tablespoon in 12 equal balls, flattening top slightly, onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
