CARROTS WITH PEANUT SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups fresh baby carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup La Choy® Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon Peter Pan® Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

Place carrots and water in medium saucepan. Cover; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Add stir fry sauce, peanut butter and salt to carrots; stir until coated.
