
CARROT IN DIRT DESSERT PUDDING CUPS



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup orange-colored candy melts
- 4 large fresh strawberries, room temperature
- 4 pudding cups (5.5 oz each) Super Snack PackĀ® Chocolate Vanilla Pudding
- 4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
DIRECTIONS
Line a plate with aluminum foil; set aside. Place melts in small deep microwave-safe bowl; microwave according to package directions.
Dip each strawberry in melted candy and place on foil-lined plate. Place remaining melted candy in small resealable food storage bag; snip off tip of one corner with scissors. Drizzle lines over each strawberry. Refrigerate 5 minutes or until firm.
Meanwhile, top pudding cups evenly with crushed cookies. Place each coated strawberry on top of crushed cookies. Serve immediately.
