CANADIAN BACON EGG MUG SCRAMBLER™

INGREDIENTS
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  • 3 tablespoons chopped Canadian-style bacon
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 wheat English muffin, torn into small pieces
  • Dash ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS

Spray inside of large microwave-safe mug with cooking spray.

Stir together Egg Beaters, Canadian bacon, cheese, English muffin pieces and pepper in mug.

Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Stir; microwave 30 seconds more or until set. Serve immediately.
