BACON CHEDDAR TOPPED BAKED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz each) Marie Callender's® Chicken & Dumplings Soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons real bacon bits

DIRECTIONS

Wrap potatoes individually in microwavable plastic wrap. Place on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes; turn over. Microwave 4 minutes more or until soft; set aside.

Stir together soup and cheese in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring once.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; fluff with fork. Pour soup mixture evenly over potatoes; top with bacon bits.
