APPLE ROLL-UPS

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 4 med = about 4 cups medium Granny Smith or other tart cooking apples, peeled, chopped
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fleischmann's® Original-stick
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 6 9 inch prepared crepes
  • 3/4 3/4 cup = 3 oz cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

DIRECTIONS

Mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.

Combine apples and orange juice in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally. Add Fleischmann’s, lemon juice and the flour mixture; mix well. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.

Spoon about 1/3 cup of the apple mixture down center of each crepe; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons cheese. Dispense about 2 tablespoons Reddi-wip next to apple mixture on crepe; roll up. Place 1 crepe, seam-side down, on each of 6 individual serving plates. Top with additional Reddi-wip, if desired.
