
5-MINUTE REFRIED BEAN DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (16 oz each) Rosarita® Traditional Refried Beans
- 1/2 cup Rosarita® Enchilada Sauce
- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco cheese
- Sliced green onions, optional
- Tortilla chips, optional
DIRECTIONS
Place beans and enchilada sauce in microwave-safe bowl; cover. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, stirring halfway and at end.
Pour bean mixture into 9-inch glass pie plate or other shallow dish. Top with cheese and sprinkle with onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, if desired.
