
SRIRACHA EGG SALAD CABBAGE WRAPS



INGREDIENTS
- 8 hard-cooked peel eggs Eggland's Best
- 2 tablespoons Vegenaise or real mayonnaise
- 1 bunch scallions or green onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 head red cabbage
- salt & black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Chop Egglands Best Hard-Cooked Peel Eggs.
In a large bowl, stir chopped eggs, mayo, sriracha and 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions together.
Carefully remove and wash several cabbage leaves, then spoon in egg salad mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
