SRIRACHA EGG SALAD CABBAGE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 hard-cooked peel eggs Eggland's Best
  • 2 tablespoons Vegenaise or real mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch scallions or green onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 head red cabbage
  • salt & black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Chop Egglands Best Hard-Cooked Peel Eggs.

In a large bowl, stir chopped eggs, mayo, sriracha and 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions together.

Carefully remove and wash several cabbage leaves, then spoon in egg salad mixture.

Serve and enjoy!
