
TUSCAN WHITE BEAN AND GARLIC SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons organic unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Culinary Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 each shallots Chopped
- 1 each organic fresh sage
- 2 15 ounce cans organic cannellini beans Drained and rinsed
- 4 cups Organic Chicken Bone Broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 4 cloves garlic Cut in 1/2
DIRECTIONS
In a medium stock pot, heat butter, oil and shallot. Cook, stirring occasionally until the shallots are soft.
Add the sage, beans and broth. Bring to a simmer. Add garlic and simmer until garlic is soft, about 10 minutes.
Puree the soup using a blender or stick blender until smooth. Add the cream, salt and pepper. Serve
