
CHOCOLATE CHUNK MOCHA BROWNIES



INGREDIENTS
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon organic coffee
- 1 tablespoon organic pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup organic unsalted butter
- 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 (3 ounce) package 72% Cacao Belgian Dark Chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the 4 eggs. Add the cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add the coffee and vanilla and mix until smooth.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter and the sugar. Add the sugar butter to the large mixing bowl and combine everything together, until smooth.
Add the flour and mix until full blended. Chop the chocolate bar into small chunks. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs but no batter.
Remove from oven, and allow to cool before cutting.
